The RTI amendment bill is likely to be tabled in Parliament on 12 August. An appeal to Mumbaikars to protest against this anti-democratic move by Government: Please take a placard/banner/poster at railway stations from 9.30 to 10.30am on 12 August saying, : NO RTI AMENDMENT or any equivalent message in any language. You can do it alone or alongwith two or three friends. If there are more than four people at any station please stand in separate groups. If possible please inform me on email at shaileshgan@gmail the name of the station and your telephone number before 11.00am tomorrow, so that I can inform the media. Even if you do not inform me, please act to defend our Democracy.
