The Real Father of the Nation : Gandhi or Chanakya ? --------------- Watch this : youtube/watch?v=ngK5IrH-uqE --------------- India was not born in 1947, as our history books tells us, rather India is still the most ancient and continuous living civilization going back to atleast 10,000 years. In fact, what happened in 1947, was a disaster which resulted in breaking up of India. Gandhi must be credited for the partition of India by not standing up for the ancient civilization of India. Chanakya united India under one nation, when he sensed that foreign invaders were about to attack India. He did not try to break India from inside, he diplomatically backed the strong leadership of Chandragupta Maurya, to lead the smaller states to fight the foreign Ideologies. Chankya had the vision to protect the Ancient Indian Civilization over the miniature differences of smaller states. Whereas, Gandhi chose a weak and anti-national leadership of Nehru, who hated Indian Civilization and culture. Gandhi can never be referred as Father of India, rather he should be crowned as Father of Pakistan, as it was the Pakistan which took BIRTH in 1947, as India was ALWAYS there and will remain there. Chanakya must be referred as the Father of India.
