The Rowan County Sheriff Department has been alerted by Grayson RECC that two men and a woman are posing as Contractors for the Cooperative. Grayson RECC has not authorized anyone to act on our behalf. All Cooperative Personnel drive well marked vehicles with Cooperative Signs on the doors and they all carry Cooperative Identification cards. Do not allow these people in to your homes. This is a scam. If you are approached by people who say they are contractors for Grayson RECC, call the Sheriffs office immediately at 784-5446 or call Grayson RECC at 1-800-562-3532. Reports have been made in the Dry Creek area.
