“The Russians call it a Penguin Suit because of how it makes you walk when on earth. The suit is lined with bungees from shoulders to feet. The bungees work against the body’s tendency to elongate, especially the spine, when not being constantly compressed by gravity. You’ll notice the toe pulls on the feet that help to stretch the calf muscles. They recommend it be worn every day, but I’ll likely only wear it the final month or so before return.
