The Salvation Army Disaster Response Team has been called upon to assist the Red Cross by providing meals at the 2 shelters set up to house those that have been forced out of their homes by the flooding. They will be providing lunch and dinner Fri, Sat, and Sunday. They plan to make sacked lunches for mid day and hot meals for evening. So. they will need 2 teams of 5 people to help them make the food and serve the food for both meals each day. Lunch volunteers will need to be at 631 Dickerson Pk. by 10:30am. Dinner Volunteers will need to be onsite by 4:00pm. Each opportunity should take approx. 3 to 4 hours depending on the size of the crowd.
