The Stay And Play policy requires teams to book space in a hotel room for each of its rostered players. However, none of the hotels for regionals offers rooms with a capacity greater than 4 people. Assuming a majority of teams will be bringing a full roster of 21 players, an extra room would have to be booked for the one remainder (5 rooms = 20 players). Is there a more reasonable solution such as allowing five people to a room by adding a rollaway bed?
