The Stuart Highway is now open following a road train rollover earlier this morning about 55km north of Coober Pedy. Just before 7.30am, police were called to the scene where a B-triple semi trailer, carrying an assortment of items including household products, had rolled on a sweeping left hand bend. Police had initially closed the road while the scene was being cleared. The road has now re-opened however, speed restrictions are in place as the clear-up continues. Police expect the speed restrictions to be in place until 4pm today. The driver, a 47-year-old man from Clare, was not injured. Police continue to investigate the circumstances surrounding the crash.
