The Supreme Court struck down the Arizona State Law that requires a citizen to prove he / her is a citizen to vote, the reasoning in short by the majority was that the federal form for voting is on the honor system, simply checking a box that says I AM A CITIZEN. So if a voter is intent on committing fraud he will not commit fraud because he is on the honor system. Again the honest people of this country are being required to prove citizenship to get drivers licenses and many other privileges. Maybe the robes were too tight around the necks of the Majority decision makers.
