The Ultimate Drug Here is a free drug that has been available and forgotten since the start of existence. This drug is too powerful for me to keep to myself. I want you to share the experience. It is more potent then ecstasy, magic mushrooms, LSD, and any other synthesized phenethylamine you could possibly grasp your thoughts to. Inducing in the mind-state this drug causes means for great awareness, surrender, acceptance, and transition. I would love to share it with you, and the ecstatic bliss it provides. Its called. . . . :: drumroll:: Meditation!! No joke. We all know (if you didnt, now you do) that I have participated in experiencing the effects of a fair amount of intoxicants. Nothing comes close to comparing to the inflicting effects of meditation. With complete ecstasy to the point of tears, love, light, colourful visions, complete acceptance, cosmic travels, and various energetic out of body experiences, meditation is seriously every drug you could ever ask for all in a complete, sober experience. The best parts about it is that there arent any downers, and that it is easily accessible for your utilization. Please, try it out and give it a chance. It is open to you for whenever you choose to open yourself to it. Here are some tips/pointers to help guide you through a successful practice. 1. Relax your body. Make sure you are physically comfortable. If you are sitting up, keep a straight spine. The spine is the storehouse of our nervous system. Once the body is relaxed, the mind relaxes (& vice versa) 2. Participate in mental observation. As you sit in silent stillness, listen to the sounds encompassing your environment. The birds, cars passing by, all sounds, and most importantly, your breath. 3. When youre ready, take a journey through the koshas. Kosha literally means layer/sheath. There are 5 layers meditation transitions you through to reach your ultimate destination. These are: - The Physical Layer (All material energy) - The Pranic Layer (The energy field/body) - The Mental/Emotional Layer (Overcoming thinking, mental, subjective, and objective associations/attachments) - The Intuitive Layer (Spontaneous knowledge) - Ananda Maya (Ananda means bliss. Ananda maya is breaking through delusion into the blissful body, emerging into oneness with divinity and everything around you). 4. Dissolving the I ness. Dissolving the ego, and eradicating thought identification. Ego if directed through a proper motivation is neither good nor bad, but it will prohibit you from becoming a complete observer of your thoughts for meditation. Ego will make you your thoughts, and therefore a victim of them as well. I hope you find this information useful. Meditation can be one of the most challenging journeys to embark. The results may not come spontaneously, as it requires practice and discipline. In the end, your dilligence is worth it. Not only does it transcend your consciousness, help with memory, depression, overall health, pain, and cognitive thinking, it gets you extremely high. Its almost like a painkiller high, yet still 1000000x better. All natural, at no cost! Ive lightly practiced meditation for the past couple of years. For the past couple of weeks, Ive committed myself to a daily practice of meditation for at least an hour. Day by day, these experiences illuminate beyond words, for only a picture could potentially portray. Its such a blessing to share this knowledge with you, and perhaps you can use it to sail on your own unique quest. Maybe one day, we can share our adventures (but thats for a journal, right?). There are a myriad of forms of meditation, another which includes drumming. These forms will be saved for a different note, maybe another night. With eternal love and light, Gopi
