The Vietnam Vets deserve the ultimate respect...they were not asked to go...they were forced to...when a guy turned 18 he had to register for the draft and if he was called..well folks, he had to go...there were a few exceptions to that rule but darn few! Example: Mitt Romney volunteered in Africa, Bill Clinton was in college, Bush Jr. was in the reserves and Cassius Clay (Muhammad Ali) went to Canada! There were a few other ways to get out of being sent to Nam but these are people that get respect and admiration from the public that I feel dont deserve it! Just sayin!
