The West North Street drug raid yielded two arrest yesterday. After receiving multiple complaints of drug dealing at the location Narcotics Investigators opened a case. This past weekend gun play occurred in the area, which we attribute to the illegal activity at this residence. At least 10 spent shell casings were found at the scene of that shooting. Reports from the community are still circulating that someone was shot in the foot, but we have not been able to locate a victim at this time. Davieonta Brown was charged with Possession of Controlled Substance PG 328 grams and Theft of a Firearm since he was in possession of a stolen firearm. We want the community to be safe and free from this illegal activity.
