An informative presentation with a Q & A session to follow by: Ali Shapouri of Shapouri & Associates Project Proposed “Rancho Librado” January 26th The Solana Room, Morgan Run Club @7:00pm This is a 56 unit age-restricted condominium project being proposed for the 28.68 acre parcel on the corner of Via De La Valle and Calzada Del Bosque (across the street to the east of Chinos Farm). The applicant’s project is currently under review by the San Dieguito Planning Board. During the review period the Whispering Palms Community Council will be drafting a letter to the San Dieguito Planning Board and The Board of Supervisors. The letter will reflect the thoughts and concerns of members of The Whispering Palms Community in response to the proposal of this project. *We anticipate that this will be fully attended by residents who are interested in what is happening on neighboring properties.
