The Word of God makes a man a prophet, not a mere pulpit performer. Understanding of the Word is vital. Any man or woman who gives themselves to teaching and preaching this Word will find multitudes of hungry people waiting, like fledglings in a nest. Most of all, the power of God is released through the preaching of the gospel; “it is the power of God to salvation for everyone who believes” (Romans 1:16). Every time it is preached, it creates.
