The amount of disappointments and frustrations that I have come across whilst trying to establish the magnitude of abuse of Diaspora property is unimaginable.. I am so saddened to realise that most diaspora have entrusted their properties with relatives who are busy abusing this trust. Relatives collect rentals but never bother to give attention to the property.Relatives are entrusted with cars which they run down without servicing these cars.Some relatives are living in accommodation which they are refusing to pay rent to the owner who is in the diaspora. Some have been entrusted with guardianship which they abuse. My heart is bleeding knowing how much people in the diaspora suffer to raise a few pennies to invest at home. Some relatives were asked to build houses on behalf of a diaspora and all they did was build substandard structures. I am really soooo fuming with disappointment. ANYWAY ITS TIME TO CHANGE HOW WE DO OUR BUSINESS. #itstimewegetsmart
