The best basic foods are....Cantelope (Vitamins A & C), Sweet Potatoes (Carotenoids, Vitamin C, Potassium and Fiber). Oranges (Vitamin C, Filter and Fiber). Broccoli (Lots of vitamin C, filter and carotenoids). Whole Grain Bread (Higher in fiber and a dozen vitamins and minerals). Beans (Low fat, rich in protein, iron, filter, and Fiber). Garbanzos, lentils, pints, black, Navy and Kidney beans are best. Spinach and Kale (Loaded with Vitamin C, carotenoids, calcium and Fiber). Okay, here is a start to some healthy foods and there benefits! Try incorporating some of these in your way of eating this week!
