The biggest weakness I see in people is their core. This is a big limiting factor in being able to do other exercises correctly (cant do a feet on the floor push-up? probably b/c of a weak core). It also can lead to back pain. Nobody wants that! So dont just flippantly do 25 crunches at the end of your workout. Probably shouldnt do crunches at all actually. Instead, prioritize your core exercises. Ill give you one today called Jackknife that you can try over the weekend if youve never done it. Start out with 2-3 sets of 10. Try it at the beginning of your workout instead of the end while your abs are still fresh. Have fun! And strengthen that core!!! youtube/watch?v=dNUKV7M2PDA
