The build up to Miles4Smiles starts today with the Liva Club Colchester and Joe Moore & Adam Shuttleworth all starting their challenges. The Liva Club are cycling the 145 miles to from Colchester to Coventry on static bikes over the next few days whilst Joe & Adam are running a marathon distance today before they continue their journey on bikes tomorrow!
