The case will depend on he crediability of Saifuls statement given in the court and if the defence can case a doubt on his crediability then Anwar can get away....the defence lawyers will make all sorts of rebuttal and confuse the court into Saifuls statement to court and show that it is a case of mutual consent as a last resort assuming if the act do establish by the court...Suka Sama Suka will come into play but even Suka Sama Suka is still Salah under the law ....Lets take out our Hot coffee and enjoy following what is to happen tomorrow ....
