The choke hold that the officer used was illegal for the officer to use. Then the knee on the neck? It was ruled that he will not be held accountable for choking a man to death, that you could hear trying to say that he couldnt breathe. I witnessed my step brother get killed right in front of my face; shot about 6 times! The police was laughing and making jokes about unrelated stuff, right in front of my face. Im not saying that they are all bad because i would never say that about any group, but i did have the feeling that they cared less, thats for sure. I am going to pray and do what i can to help people; I always try to dedicate time to the next generation of youngsters, to try to contribute to a better society in the future.
