The cold weather is here for the states side so out comes the Karko u purchased or had sent to you.But not all karko is karko.Some people in dominica need to do a better job in manufacturing their products.Remember your recipes to the teaspoon and make sure you sample your product before selling.Your product must look presentable and taste good.I have heard from friends how they threw away stuff(karko, rum punches and treats like coconut cheese tambrin balls etc) bought at home because it wasnt made properly, tasted bad or spoiled when it should have lasted longer.On that note best karko in grandbay as far as i have tasted:Auntie May(Ma rainy) and aunt Gertie(gertrude Isaac).Chime in if u know who makes the good stuff.
