The constitution is the supreme law of the land. Now if we could just convince the feds of this all would be good. The problem is that the Federal government has not been bound by the chains of mthe constitution for a long time. There are 18 enumerated powers which the people and states allowed the Feds to have. The supremacy clause only refers to those 18 powers and no more. The Feds, over the years, have been allowed by the states to distort and usurp those powers that constitutionally, are reserved to the states and to the people. We the people are sick and tired of unconstitutional federal mandates. When a government fails to police itself it is up to the people to say ENOUGH. Vote yes on 122!
