The current education system has been marooned in a number of problems in the last ten years. This can be tracked back from the instability of our political and economic facets of our country. We have been affected by a mass exodus of our much experienced educational personnel leading to a weak institutional frame in our education system. The political and social unfolding among them the land reform program have seen new isolated settlements (remote and farming areas) which in turn required educational centers of which the majority, if not all lack institutional capacity and credibility to be examination centers. This has resulted in reports every year of leaked examination papers leading to reseats which young people have seen to be degrading, traumatizing and undermining youth for their constitutional right to basic standard quality education enshrined in Chapter 4 Section 75 of our supreme law. #O4Z
