The employment situation in Chinese Mainland has been still being worse for college or university students, thousands of them graduating from school but half of them not getting a job for them. So, the employment rate is quite low. This as a matter of fact attributes to the fact that we dont have a complete industry chain in Chinese Mainland in the manufacturing sector, including product production, design, purchasing, shipping, order processing, wholesaling and retailing, and its manufacturing sector is in the lowest sector,simple product production, where employees are only needed to do simple labor work, producing products, instead of intellectual work. Therefore, college or university students are actually not needed in China as much as in other countries to do brain work.
