The end of a FABULOUS weekend! My new class on Saturday morning is a terrific group. The first annual dog sport fest and howl - o - ween in coordination with Doylestown township Dog Park was a marvelous success! There was a disc dogging starter class, lure coursing, a disc dog games competition, green dog weight pull and demonstrations, agility for trying out, and then fun runs in agility for experienced teams. In addition to the various sports, there was a costume contest for the dogs and other fun activities and vendors. Could not have asked for a more gorgeous day! Next year K9JYM plans to offer even more sports for teams to try out! Thanks to Karen Sweeney, Director of Parks and Recreation for the invitation. My special thanks to Tana, Suzi, Tom and Sarah Sherry, and Roy for all your hard work pulling this together! Yall rock team K9JYM!
