The farming class now is about marketing, and what I understand, there are tricky part of this to make sure what, that’ll look nice and well, enticing, or say, to make value-added package. The class here, or in the Far East, I couldn’t really all agree on ‘marketing,’ I am not entirely sure on what officially ‘marketing’ meant in the West. But by just visiting the Wkikipedia, I gather few ideas, and personally, I felt this is really very stupid, in ways, to put things upside down, this is, to create a system on how others, including oneself to ‘see’ things, that’ll be really unnecessary; I mean, life really has to be more about what really happened, couldn’t’ rely on building castle in the clouds. The class will be a full day, and I felt, sitting in the air-conditioning room, which seemed cozy, but as sun coming out, this is depressing. Why I just typed these thoughts, mainly, the teacher spoke what just mentioned past few times of teaching, and I felt too familiar. In real life, I think, marketing seemed really something else, apart from sales work, engineering, and one could say, it’s a dream work, or movie making, sand castles arched atop by rainbow, and well let me think, Snow White and Seven Dwarf, deadly apple and fallen asleep, wait for a prince to revive Snow White in a childish kiss. So why would in modern world, business and average have their life so much depend on marketing, or say, extend to, I just browsed on Wikipedia’s internal marketing, in communication, and to ‘build’ a better relation, through ‘elaborate techniques.’ I am probably old-fashioned, and won’t deny, I probably, am against to marketing. Make marketing purely by itself, I have no problems, and to make marketing far more important, than, reality, hard work, one’s life. The problems are: 1. Trivialize one’s real life. 2. Twist one’s own view on reality. 3. Dreams live as Hollywood stars. 4. Easily get greedy. 5. Invest too much time on observing everyone else’ favouring. 6. Forget one could invest time on do a right thing, step by step, be patient, etc. 7. Others. I think I am not the only one, who will find those, a few, couldn’t provide a great speech, awkward on sharing their experience, expressing themselves, but, still could, as gem sat in pile of stones. I suppose one could say, this is also marketing, then, isn’t marketing to the end, is a way, for professors in some well-known colleges, to make a living, through expensive programmes, and their talents on communicating through well-chosen vocabularies.
