IMPROVE : keep improving yourself and what you do 7. SERVE : serve others something of value, because success isnt just about me,me,me 8. PERSIST : persist because there s no overnight success The eight traits are really the heart of success the foundation.but no matter what field were in these eight traits will be at the heart of our success
