The following email is in the inbox of all TMLS 1Ls. I have 8 yess I need one more to go ahead and begin planning (Simple majority is 16/2 +1= 9) TMLS Final Meeting Proposal. Hello Tmls Class of 2016. I proposed to the board that we transform the final meeting of the semester into a 1L informational session discussing 3 Topics: Summer Clerkship Expectations and Tips, How to Tackle Fall OCI (itll be here before classes begin) and Law School after 1L-Classes Clinics and Study abroad. They have asked me to gauge prospective attendance and interest. This will be April 2nd, a week from today. Dinner will be provided. This will also mean this meeting will be longer than usual. I estimate 530-7 on depending on questions. We would invite speakers from campus, upperclass students and a lawyer/alum or two who are interested in speaking to you all. If you are interested I HAVE TO HAVE confirmation by a slight majority of you within 48hours so I can start making arrangements. A simple Yes, Im in will do. Thanks all. Hope to hear from you soon!
