The following is a personal rant against T-mobile UK. I have just changed providers after 17 years with T-mobile. 5days before the end of my contract my iPhone 4 S developed a fault. T-mobile wanted nearly £150 to fix it which coincidentally is what Apple offered to trade it in. I challenged T-mobile to fix it under the Supply of Goods Act which provides for a 6 year warranty. T-mobile simply denied ny knowledge of this law and refused to do anything so acting illegally and with wilful disregard for the law. I gave notice and got the PAC code to transfer my number but did not know nor was I told that this did not unlock the phone. I now find out that to get the phone unlocked takes approximately one month and there is a further charge for this so next week I will get a new phone. If you are thinking about getting a phone do yourself a favour and steer clear of T-mobile. Please share this as widely as possible so people everywhere can know what type of a dishonourable and unethical company they are
