The funniest thing that happened today. A guy and his girlfriend came up to my counter wanting to refund/replace some flowers, he says they have a 7 day guarantee policy. I looked at flowers and I knew I just had to call the floral manager. She came to counter and the guy says I want to replace these they are dead and I bought them a couple days ago. She says they are DEAD due to no water. His comment was they need water, it doesnt say that on the label. LOL. Ok what flower lives with out water. We all got a laugh after customer left. She did replace them, but anyone that buys flowers knows they need water.
