The government of India and its policy makers are proposing to bring a bill in protection of IAS and IPS bureaucrats for, before initiating any punitive action by the states it will be done in consultation with the central government.,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,what an irony of governance in the country,,,,,,,will states agree to curtail their power for smooth running of the administration ???,,,,,,will it not harm the FEDERAL STRUCTURE of the country>?,,,,mostly the people of the country are fed up with the corrupt practices of some of the bureaucrats,,who become all and all and perpetuate biases and injustices in all walks of life., and their doing are such that even ministers and chief minister can not do any thing except to transfer them.........If it is desired that our country should be ruled by only bureaucrats , then what is the necessity of a Parliament and Legislative bodies which took all the vital of the country in their high expenditures and budget allocation for themselves in a poor country where people can not afford two time meals. it is a matter of wonder ,as it is said that ruling and governance should always be carried out with wise persons,but it shows that the policy makers have event not the primary knowledge of governance.........check and balances is the root of all democracies and if i a s and p c s cadres will fully do some wrong they be let free without punishment ......yes some say people are like herds and raw materials and be used as such on whose votes they come to power.............syed akhtarul mulk.....lucknow.....
