The greatest place of defense is the mind, when it is functioning well it birth peace. So many things are happening to us and around us when the burden and pains of it is transferred to the mind it becomes so heavy on it and it slow down the rate of it actions. Let go of your pains, let go of those difficult moment, guard your heart with all diligence, let your dreams keep you busy, once your mind is sharp your body will respond to it call. Let go of your worries, cast it all at Jesus feet, and He will take care of it. Delight yourself in the Lord; and He will give you the desires of your heart(Psalm 37 vs 4). Jesus Cares. Good Morning.
