WHO IS TO BLAME? 1. GOVERNMENT POLICY 2. INDIAN SUPPLIERS So far the government has been blamed for xenophobic attacks. What about the businesses that supply pakistans somalis and ethiopian shop owners? Why are local black shopowners not allowed to purchase groceries at same price as these foreign nationals so that they can sell at cheaper prices. How many millions of rands are Indian Cash n Carry retailers are making out of their businesses wjich are mainly supported by black people and yet Indian communities themselves DO NOT BUY AT ALL from other races.
