Ive never found a turkey meatball recipe I really liked until I tried these. To be honest, there was a time when I wouldnt even consider using ground turkey for a meatball!!! But now that were on this diet… I had to. Oh, and to make matters worse, I had to make them dairy-free (so no cheese) and gluten-free. Oh, the HORROR! And using 93% ground turkey, these meatballs are about as healthy as you can get. Needless to say, I was SHOCKED by how tender and full of flavor they are.
