The hidden villages in Ecuador are about to be exterminated. Global citizens can do something about it. Bestowing the powers needed to carry out effective actions for the protection of uncontacted peoples in the Yasuni National Park and surrounding areas. 2 - That the Precautionary Measures Plan with international monitoring count as the Rapporteur on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples UN as well as anthropologists and technicians to monitor the implementation of the plan. 3 - That the Precautionary Measures Plan and socialize deliver action protocols, where sightings of uncontacted tribes, oil companies, local authorities and residents nearby, be they farmers, Waorani, Kichwa, Shuar, who would be at risk with these presences. 4 - Stop absolutely illegal logging in the Yasuni National Park and stop the expansion of the agricultural frontier and oil, respecting the territory tagaeri- temporary moratoria Taromenani by activities that put pressure on its territory. 5 - Require the Attorney competent investigation to ascertain the facts of the deaths in recent years (2003, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2013), but starting and being effective with what happened in March of 2013. 6 - Enforce the final linderation Waorani territory and define, according to their mobility patterns, land-Taromenani tagaeri. 7 - Enforce Article 57 of the Constitution of the Republic of Ecuador: Art 57. - "The territories of peoples in voluntary isolation are irreducible and intangible ancestral possession, and they shall be closed to all extractive activities. The State shall take measures to ensure their lives, to respect their determination and will to remain in isolation, and safeguard the enforcement of their rights. The violation of these rights constitute the crime of ethnocide, which is punishable by law.
