The last guy she was with really hurt her. He made her insecure, he made her feel like she was wrong all the time, he made her doubt herself, he made her think she wasnt good enough, he made her feel like the worst girlfriend on Earth, he made her believe she didnt deserve better than how she was being treated. He did a lot of damage to her mentally and emotionally and that damage has stayed with her ever since. Hes changed her into a completely different girl from who she used to be. She used to be confident, she used to be strong-minded, she used to be brave, she used to be nice, she used to be caring but now, shes low on self-esteem, shes unsure of herself, shes scared to take chances, shes turned into a cold-hearted person, shes somewhat heartless now. Shes aware of how difficult it is to be with her at times, and shes sorry about that, but she just hopes you wont give up on her and be able to look past the flaws she now carries and see the good she still has in herself.
