The lawyers are polled each time there is a judicial election and candidates are rated in 8 categories. Here is the poll in my race: 93% say I am qualified; 68% say my opponent is NOT qualified 89% say I would be courteous; 66% say my opponent would NOT 86% say I am impartial; 72% say my opponent is NOT 87% say I would listen to arguments; 58% say my opponent would NOT 96% say I have the legal ability; 64% say opponent does NOT 98% say I have the legal experience; 61% say my opponent does NOT 88%say I would render prompt decisions; 63% says my opponent would NOT 94% say I have good character and integrity; 62% say my opponent does NOT These are the people who appear in my court everyday.....I am truly humbled by their responses.
