The massive farming practices going on throughout the huge area of the Mississippi delta are creating a nutrient overload along the coast of Louisiana, resulting in an algae bloom that is not only responsible for the hurricanes & tornadoes, but this algae bloom is creating surface heat as it is a high surface area solar water heater, resulting in it needing to thermodynamically equalize itself, which it is doing with a huge amount of moisture & cold air that would otherwise being falling on land masses to the East.
