Have you seen any of these loans ever used for technical and engineering infrastructure or foe economic productive industries or local capacity inputs that ensures the spending of anything more than 20% of the grant or loan facility in the host country? Have you seen the use of locals in the consultancy services nor imports of equipments outside the granting or loaning nations of te first world nations? What is the IMF and the World Bank actually designed for in the destiny of the under developing nations. We have too many fears in the combination of bad economic theories Nd bad governance that and corruption that has been our unfortunate lt since our fake independence that was only a transformation to neo slavery and neo colonialism with the addition ohf internal colonial masters to the neo colonialists. This will not go on forever. China, India, Brazil have broken their jinx. We too shall do the same as South Korea has done and Indonesia is doing. Dubai has risen from the ashes of the desert to become the global market hub. The global economic tyranny of the first world is about to collapse and a more equitable globalization and fair trade regime will come to be for stability to return to an angry and turbulent world. The wars and militancies that abound now are only tips of an under current of global class war that is capable of a world up heavily that will not be amenable to any human platitudes. Let the economic hatchet men and the bad Samaritans end their economic espionage and the structured under development of the other world.
