The more I connect the piece of life together, the more I realize that a lot of what we experience is about perception. Negative situations are only so if you allow them to be. A life-altering occurrence can be taken as the worst thing ever, or the chance to experience something completely different. Everyone has stress and some are better at dealing with it then others. One of my goals for this year is to be sure that I make a conscious effort to direct my perception of every situation to where it needs to be.
