The newest member of the Turner household is Prissy. She is about 8 pounds of terrier mix and pure joy. Prissy decided some time back that she wanted to adopt Bonnie and I. Prissy (a drop off to the neighborhood) has health issues that required attention if she is to have any quality of life. She could not stand or function normally as her condition worsened. Tuesday of this week Prissy had reconstructive surgery on her right rear leg to repair major damage. I can report this morning that the orthopedic surgeon worked his magic, and in about 2 months Prissy will be fine. She doesnt like the 10 staples attached to her right leg, but she loves the attention, lots of attention....
