The news is that a Johnstown cop was treated for head injuries because, a little after 10:00 pm, he saw a suspicious subject & it turned out he was trying to break into cars. The description said he was black & had black clothes on. NOW, had the officer gone for his sidearm AS ANYBODY WHOS BREAKING INTO CARS & FIGHTING THE COP SHOULD EXPECT, that officer would have been dubbed downright racist & all mayhem could have commenced throughout the city.
