The next time a potential candidate knocks on your door ask them how they support HB/SB 75 - School Property Tax Elimination. Some of them are running and saying they support it and dont even know what it is. Ask them how many meetings theyve attended, how many petitions they have carried, etc.? Some of these politicians are just doing what they are told while others are saying they support it because they know what you want to hear. Sorry folks, I am not one of them. I have supported this for the past several years and continue to do so. Ask these candidates who is supporting them, who is funding them - If it is lobbyists, then you all know that they are NOT for HB/SB 76. If they have declared it to be a Scheme, they are not supporting it either. Please do your homework and your research - we have a huge problem here and we dont want to make it worse.
