The office of the prosecutor at the ICC is ready for the post election violence cases facing President Uhuru Kenyatta, his Deputy William Ruto and Radio Journalist Joshua Sang. Shamiso Mbizvo and Phakiso Mo-cho-cho-ko, from the prosecution says the withdrawal of witnesses will not affect the evidence they have against the accused. They say plans to reorganize the list of witnesses has started.
