The old simple poached chook, avo & spinach sanga for dinner tonight. Two school pick up, shift working hubby, soccer training for 1 & 3/4 hours, washing on the line, clean sheet night, pick up new glasses (and fitting) for youngest offspring, change over the bloody wiper blades at Repco, crap - forgot the milk, new school bag for pre-teen before life blows up as we know it...blah blah blah. We all know it. All been there (or live there) ;) When life gets crazy what is your go-to easy peasy dinner? Mine is usually scrambled eggs or eggs on toast, though we had that for breakfast ...Tw x
