The once clean shaven face of the veteran law enforcement of ficer has been replaced by a well- trimmed beard and his more com fortable flannel shirt has taken the place of the brown polyester uniform and bullet-proof vest. Ap pearance aside, chief deputy Greg Denny says it’s the fellow officers that he served alongside of during the course of his 31-year career at the Owen County Sheriff’s De partment that he’ll miss the most.
