The owner of this specialty markets anti-gay views have stirred up a hornets nest in Oregon. The owner says “We’re not going to refuse to serve anybody. But we believe a private business should have the right to live their conscience.” By that she apparently means that gay marriage is wrong because it is the start of a slippery slope that could eventually lead to pedophilia and bigamy. Whats the right thing to be done here? How do we balance free speech with non-discrimination? Let me know your thoughts below.
