The plutocrats have us boxed in. By either privatizing everything or making it unaffordable for most, they select who gets a good education, who can afford one, and who will be in debt to them the rest of their lives. We need to fight back for a great public education from pre-K through college, affordable to everyone. There is no reason for the increases. Hypothetically, theres no inflation and more and more teachers/professors are part time or low pay adjunct professors. Most of these institutions pay little or no taxes and keep building more and more buildings while the students suffer the higher costs and loans for their tuition and housing. If the interest rates for borrowing by the corporations and banks are only about one percent, than why have tuition loans skyrocketed. Theres no reason for any of it except more power and greed by the upper one percent who care nothing about people other than their own kind--the super-wealthy who became so at our expense. Dont just sit there; lets do something about this. Its simply wrong--and un-American.
