The police are asking people in the Green Bay area to check sheds and garages as the search for a missing Chinese gentleman continues. Wang Dao, a 74-year-old visitor from China, hasn’t been seen since leaving his Bishop St address at 11am on Monday to go for his usual walk. Mr Wang is fit and healthy but doesnt speak English, and has no money or cellphone. On Tuesday a Police Search and Rescue team scoured the two routes Mr Wang normally took, as well as searching a number of public areas, parks and streets. The Police Eagle Helicopter will continue to do sweeps of the shoreline today and Search and Rescue will assess any further possible search areas. Anyone who may have seen Mr Wang or knows where he is should call 111.
