The preamble of The Constitution CLEARLY and unambiguously states that We The People are in POWER over America and over our elected Republican and Democrat public servants, UPON WHOM we ordained and established our Constitutional laws UPON to secure the Blessings of Liberty (our wages, salaries and property from them and from the IRS and the rest of their hired alphabet soup agencies of jackbooted minion of utter Constitutional contempt) to ourselves and our Posterity. Thus it is unambiguous under Romans 13:1-5 that We The People are clearly the ORDAINED rulers and higher powers of God, and by whose ordained power We The People created an Article IV Section 4 Republican form of Government to protect our wages, salaries, property and God endowed unalienable INDIVIDUAL Rights, from the American voting MOB, from the IRS, and from our elected enemies of OUR Bill of Rights, by limiting all Federal powers and spending to the eighteen enumerated We granted our elected criminal usurpers as itemized under Article I Section 8, pursuant to the Supremacy clause of Article VI clause 2 AND pursuant to our Ninth and Tenth Amendment laws.
