The problem isnt the fact that the creators of the popular site, Thug Kitchen are Caucasian. The REAL problem is the fact that people automatically associate the the term thug with being black. Now, some of you are pissed off because theyre white and you think theyre mimicking black people. Of course, because white people dont cuss, dont use colloquial language and damn sure dont partake in thuggish behavior. Again, black people, this is not their fault. It simply speaks to YOUR problem. the author of this article also shows that they have issues with the first line that reads, Charing Ball asks, if it were not for these two “yelling” like black folks, would people really visit the website for recipes? And therein lies the problem. First off, what the hell does yelling like black people even mean? Dear Black People, especially those of you on your raggedy soapboxes about this topic, let this be a lesson to you. Perception is NOT reality. Good Afternoon.
